_____25QD Cut Cowl / Close-Up_____

Shows 25QD Engine mounted nearly 15" forward and it's relationship

to the Cut Cowling. The drag cowl doesn't cover the engine, however

provides enough protection during SAW runs that the rushing air, flows

over the engine. The main objective of the drag cowl, is to provide enough

down force to help prevent high speed blow-off's and reduce Aerodynamic resistance.
