The engine wasn't mounted far enough forward. This very strong & light new 25cc engine, caused me to recalculate the Center Of Gravity. The 30% rule didn't apply here. I had to move the engine forward 3x before I got it right at 14& 3/4" from the rear seal plate to the outside edge of transom, = (33% CG)
