25QD Stryker "Cut Cowl"

The cut down cowl supplies some protection to the engine, however it's primary function is to cause down draft. Enough aero down force to trim the boat horizontal to the water surface at high speeds. It also greatly reduces potential blow overs and stabilizes it during windy conditions. I'm able to race this cat at faster speeds during choppy water.
