____35QuickDraw A4p Engine 1997____

Shown is the 35QuickDraw A4ported full weight engine, with a WYK-33 barrel carb.

30degree ignition, 160intake & 175degree exhaust timing, with decked 18k head squish

clearance. Double cut QD HP Pipe, 1/2" from header, 1/2" from center of cone. Home made 

light weight mounts, using 1/2"Aeromarine rubber spacers. The above combo of advanced

timing, cut pipe, & squish band proved to be the trick setup for this engine during our 1997

tests. I was able to combine the high out put & rpm, with my modified H-50 props. This 35QD

       Stryker Cat broke the 70mph barrier and ran 72+ back in early 1997. 17&1/2lbs dry. BTW:

             I removed the velocity stack and picked-up 1mph.   Back
