a brand new Light Weight 35cc Q-Draw A5ported Engine. I originally
rigged this boat with an older 32cc Quick Draw
A4p engine with
advanced timing and cut QD Pipe. This combination produced less bottom end
torque with higher peak rpm. (A gain of almost 900rpm) It ran very fast,
clocked on radar @ 64mph. The new modified 35 A5p
engine with a larger cut pipe produced more bottom end power and even
higher peak rpm.=

However it became very difficult to handle,
the added power and the lighter engine caused high speed blow-overs. After
tweaking both the engine and hardware, I customizing a propshop 7018/3
prop, it stabilized enough to clock near 70mph in straighline trim.
