 _____The Worlds Fastest Car_____ 

 Worlds Fastest most Expensive new car ever built, the 2004 Ultra Exotic (Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren F-1). The

   "McLaren" V8 twin super charged 1100hp Engine, is hand made in England.(0 > 60mph 3.2sec) top speed (241mph). The only  

  (McLaren F-1) prototype was recently bought by a Boston Mercedes dealer for $2.4million dollars, way out of my price range.  

 This limited production German super car is barely street legal, only 100 will be available in the US with a limit of 300 built  worldwide.

Currently there are no plans to build anymore then 300 McLaren SLR's. The car and engine is made from cutting edge

 light weight materials, carbon fiber, titanium and super light alloys including the 20" Brabus multi-piece wheels. The engine  

 placement is nearly 50%, with the CG at 49% of the overall length. The 3rd from the bottom left photo shows the SLR's rear

 automatic Air Dam Spoiler, raised to assist high speed braking. The Road & Track test driver who was clocked at 241mph said,

    "The best made and Fastest car ever built, it will probably never be beat".
